A reference to the last 8 years IS a reference to Bush. What else could he be implying. I think that is exactly how he will blame Bush. I am sick of his false humility and his pretending to hear the American people. Makes me sick!
NO, he may refer to the last eight years but he wont come out with its bushs fault. He has played that card too many times and he knows the citizens of the US are tired of his lies and blaming everything on peter and paul. Time to step up to the plate you liar.
