ACLU Prepares to Smear US Troops…Again

Everyone in the world is familiar with the Abu Ghraib photos by now and the response they got. Although those photos , in my opinion, were not abuse, it’s safe to say it was not proper behavior. With the amount of operations from day to day that our troops do successfully, with honor, we should not be looking to put our mistakes on display. President Obama, along with the ACLU, has other things in mind.

President Obama recently granted the ACLU’s longstanding request for more photos of troops abusing detainees. Not one photo but hundreds. The ACLU showed it’s motive saying the photos refute the former Bush administration’s claim that torture and abuse occurred as a result of a few “bad apples”.The federal courts have denied the release of these photos since 2003, understanding the backlash throughout the world and harm it can do to our troops. The saying, “nothing good can come from this” comes to mind.

It amazes me how the commander in chief is so quick to fan the flames of dissent against our troops who are currently fighting two wars. Where is the ACLU when Americans are being beheaded? It’s ironic the a group called the American Civil Liberties Union is trying to destroy the liberties of our troops, who are in fact American. I thing ACLU really stands for the American Crazy Liberal Union. I would like to challenge our readers to please tell me what good will come from this action. We also need to pray for our troops, since they will be the target of the backlash from these photos (While the ACLU lawyers and President Obama are sitting at home safe and sound).
