And if you have a beef with socialized medicine then you ought to be calling on Congress to dissolve Medicare and VA Medical benefits! When we had the severe wildfires in San Diego the local Republicans rushed to try and compare the response and aid they provided at Qualcomm Park (football stadium) with that provided by New Orleans at the Superdome. It was like comparing apples and oranges. I was a San Diego tourist trapped in the Superdome during Katrina (Proof: My 2008 memoir, Diary From the Dome). The current spin of trying to call this Obama's Katrina reminds me so much of the failed Republican attempt of comparing the San Diego wildfires with Katrina.
